Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your piece has been dispatched, a second email with tracking details will follow.

If you need to change an order, please contact us within one hour of purchase. We begin preparing orders shortly after they are received, so changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Shipping
OREVIA ships from Melbourne, Australia. Australian orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 5 to 12 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns
Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Sizing
Each product page includes fit notes and garment-specific guidance. If you are between sizes, or purchasing a structured piece, write to us before ordering and we will advise.

Private Appointments
Private styling appointments are available virtually and, when available, in studio. Appointments may include collection previews, event dressing, bridal styling, and made-to-order consultations.
