We want you to feel completely at ease in your OREVIA pieces. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Our Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, please contact us at info@oreviaclothing.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Once your return is authorised, we will send you complete instructions, a prepaid return label, and the exact return address.

For reference, returns are processed at our Melbourne fulfilment address (details supplied with each return authorisation). Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is complimentary on all eligible returns within Australia. International return shipping is also complimentary on faulty or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns from outside Australia, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including bespoke or made-to-order pieces, gift cards, and items marked final sale. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new piece.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded the full item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. There is no restocking fee. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
