Returns & Exchange

We want you to feel completely at ease in your OREVIA pieces. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Our Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimates, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as bespoke or made-to-order

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@oreviaclothing.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will confirm your return and send a prepaid return label (domestic) or return instructions (international).
  3. Pack the item securely with tags attached and drop it at your nearest courier.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or style is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the matter promptly at no cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
