Shipping Policy

At OREVIA, we take great care to ensure your pieces arrive with the same consideration in which they were crafted. Every order is carefully wrapped in our signature packaging and dispatched from our Melbourne atelier.

Domestic Shipping

All Australian orders are shipped via express courier with full tracking and signature on delivery. Standard dispatch time is one to two business days. Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday through Friday are processed the same day. Delivery within metropolitan areas typically takes one to three business days, while regional destinations may take three to five business days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. International delivery typically takes four to seven business days, depending on destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Rates

Complimentary express shipping is offered on all Australian orders over $300. A flat rate of $15 applies to orders below this threshold. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
